Suggested Paper for entrants of different learning stages

(1) After the application form is received, the Collection Form will be faxed back to the school within 1 week as an acknowledgement.

(2) Please provide an ACTIVE e-mail address for receiving the latest information.

(3) The entry fee is NOT refundable once the application is submitted.

(4) HKASME reserves the rights to reject any application / distribute the results if an applicant fails to fulfill or violate any ANCQ regulations.
