Quiz Date: June 26- July 24, 2013

(The quiz materials can be collected and returned within this period of June 25- July 24, 2013)

Duration of Quiz: 1 hour

Quiz Format: 30 M.C. questions (M.C. sheet will be supplied by HKASME)

Materials for Quiz: HB pencil (preferably 2B), eraser and calculator

How can the school collect and return the quiz papers?

學校如何領取試卷？

(1)Teachers have to fill in the Collection Form and submit together with the application form to HKASME office to declare the intended date(s) of the quiz. Our staff will inform the teacher-in-charge the date and time to collect the quiz paper by fax within one week.
老師提交application form 時一同交回Collection Form至HKASME辦公室, 我們的職員會在收到資料後的一個星期內以傳真通知負責老師領取試卷的日期及時間。

(2) Papers can normally be obtained 1 working day before the earliest day of the quiz..
通常,測驗卷會在測試前一個工作天派發。

(3) Schools should assign one staff (teacher or janitor) to collect paper in person with the presentation of the Collection Form (Faxed from HKASME) one working day before the Quiz.
老師應指派一位職員(老師或校工)在測驗前一個工作天親身領取試卷(須出示由HKASME fax出的Collection Form)。

(4) Schools should return their quiz papers during the office hours from 26th June, 2013 to 26th July, 2013.
學校可於2013年6月26日至2013年7月26日交回試題及答卷(包括週期表,如有的話)。
